These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs77 ("zs77", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at https://zs77.biz and all associated services, games, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Services"). Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other means of differentiation — is strictly prohibited. zs77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold or recover any funds associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 3. Account Responsibilities

You must not share your credentials with any third party. zs77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Breach. You agree to notify zs77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your zs77 Account, whether conducted by you or by any third party with or without your authorisation. All bets placed and transactions executed through your Account are final and binding upon you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your zs77 Account are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering. zs77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to request proof of source of funds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by zs77 within the timeframes specified in the payment section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method. zs77 reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on zs77 are conducted in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated. No responsibility is accepted for any conversion losses where a Player's bank or payment provider applies exchange rates.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. zs77 may from time to time offer bonuses and promotions to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

5.2 Abuse. zs77 reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

5.3 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the applicable bonus terms will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.2 Finality of Results. The result of any game or bet settled by zs77 is final, subject to zs77's right to void bets in accordance with these Terms. Technical malfunctions that affect the integrity of a game result may result in the voidance of affected bets, at zs77's sole discretion.

6.4 Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect game configuration, or system fault — zs77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts. zs77 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from reliance on an erroneous price or game state.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Registering or using the Platform if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate the processing of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Registering multiple accounts or creating an Account on behalf of another person without their express consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to zs77 at any time.
